    2 Pkgs (3.4oz) Jell-O Vanilla Instant pudding mix
    2 Cups cold milk
    2 Cups thawed Cool Whip Topping, divided
    1 Cup bakers angel flake coconut, divided
    1 honey maid Graham pie crust (6 oz)


beat pudding mix and cold milk in large bowl with whisk for 2 min. stir in 1 cup of the cool whip topping and 3/4 cup of the coconut. pour into the pie crust.
refrigerate 4 hours or until set, meanwhile toast remaining cocnut, if desired.
top pie with reamaining cool whip and sprinkle with toasted coconut!

serves 8
prep time 15 minutes
refirgerate time 4 hours

  • This pie is very easy to make. It is also very delicios. I used creamy cool whip. I think, because I did that, it was very rich. I would eat the whole thing in one sitting, but because it was rich, I knew I had to stop. Great recipe. I brought it to a church function and to work. Worked well. - 2/15/11
