yummy sauce, perfect for pancakes, french toast or ice cream yummy sauce, perfect for pancakes, french toast or ice cream

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 tbls water
    2 tsp splenda or sugar (sugar calories not included in recipe)

Directions

place stawberries and water in a pot.... bring to a boil.... when stawberries are soft enough mash half slightly with the back of a fork. Mix in splenda, simmer for 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat, cool for a few minutes (thickens some while cooling) and serve warm over pancakes or chilled over ice cream.
