    1/2 head shredded cabbage (or 1 bag pre-mixed)
    4 chicken breasts, cooked and diced (2 C.) or 2 cans (12.5 oz) chicken breast, drained
    4 medium green onions, chopped (1/4 C.)
    1/2 C. dry roasted peanuts
    2 T. sesame seeds
    2 pkgs. Top Ramen noodles (broken up and toasted in oven)
    1 can (11 oz.) Mandarin oranges

    1/4 C. vegetable oil
    2 T. vinegar
    2 T. sugar
    seasoning packets from Ramen noodles
    1/4 t. pepper


Mix cabbage, chicken, onions, peanuts, sesame seeds, and toasted Ramen noodles in large mixing bowl. Mix dressing ingredients. Shake or mix dressing again and add to salad just prior to serving. Add mandarin oranges and mix well.
