Ingredients
* 4 - 4 oz. Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
* Turkey Bacon, 8 slices (sliced in 1/2)
* Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded
* Bread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, 1/2 cup
Directions
pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Place chicken breasts in a ziploc bag and flatten with a mallet.
2. Layout flattened chicken breast and fill with 2 halves of bacon, topped with 1/4 cup of cheese and top with another 2 halves of bacon. Repeat for remaining chicken breasts.
3. Roll chicken breasts up and secure with toothpicks ensuring that ends are sealed.
4. Place breadcrumbs is a large ziploc bag. Place chicken breasts into bag one by one and over with bread crumbs.
5. Place chicken breasts on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
6. Cook at 350 degrees for 45-60 min until chicken is no longer pink. Let cool for a few minutes before serving, cheese is very hot.
