    Lentils, 1 cup
    Beef chuck, 450 grams
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 410 grams
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Ground tumeric, .5 tsp
    Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Tomato Paste 1/4 cup


on stove top heat oil in deep pot, soften onions, 1 minute add meat and garlic stir till meat brown add tumeric, cumin and cinnamon stir fry for 1 minute add tomatoes and paste. cook covered on low heat for 60 minutes add capsicum and lentils and cook for futher 30minutes
