    Crushed Pineapple in 100% juice No Sugar Added, 3.5 cup
    chicken thigh no skin, 16 oz
    Soy Sauce, low sodium, 1 tbsp
    Honey, 1 tbsp
    Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper
    garlic, 1 tbsp.
    red pepper flakes, scant (to taste)


Drain pineapple and reserve the fruit for later. Add soy sauce, honey, garlic, and pepper flakes to the juice. Reserve a small amount to use as glaze when grilling the chicken. Pour the rest over the chicken and let marinade overnight.

Take pineapple and add some onion and jalapeno pepper that is chopped very fine. Add a little lime juice and store in refrigerator overnight.

Put it together:
Heat the reserved marinade and thicken with corn starch. Grill the chicken until done (5-7 minutes on each side); brushing with glaze the last few minutes. Serve with salsa.
