Introduction

This is good for any meal basically - I had it for lunch one time and it cured my sweet tooth as well! This is good for any meal basically - I had it for lunch one time and it cured my sweet tooth as well!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 T unsweetened coca powder
    1 T smooth peanut butter (I use Jif)
    1/2 cup dry plain oatmeal
    1 cup water
    1 T low calorie sweetener

Directions

Place all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl - microwave on high for 1 minute 20 seconds. Remove and stir. Place back in microwave and cook for 1 minute on high - let sit.
You can add more or less water to your taste/consistency.

    This recipe was really good once I reduced the amount of unsweetened cocoa. It was way too bitter with a whole tablespoon. The 1st batch I made I had to add brown sugar Spenda to handle it. - 7/17/11
