    Kirkland Frozen Stir Fry Vegetables (3 oz serving), 85 gram(s) (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend, 0.5 tsp (remove)


Heat coconut oil cook chicken breast cubed into 1/2 inch pieces until 1/2 done add veggies, soy, broccoli and seasoning. cook on high heat until broccoli bright green.
