1/3 Package Whole Wheat Angel Hair Pasta
1/2 lb. Medium Shrimp, raw, shelled & deviene
    3 Cloves Cleaned Garlic, chopped
6 Small to Medium Subdried Tomatoes, soaked
    2 Tbsp Ollive Oil
6 Tbsp Italian Fat Free Dressing

Put tomatoes to soak in very hot water. Begin pasta cooking. In the meantime, saute shrimp and garlic in the olive oil, stirring periodically. Chop the soaked tomatoes. Try not to overcook the shrimp, but make sure the garlic and shrimp finish cooking about the same time. (The smaller the garlic is chopped, the quicker it will cook). Just before the shrimp and garlic are done, add the tomatoes. Let cook about 1 minutes. Drain the pasta and place in a serving dish. Pour the shrimp mixture over the pasta. Pour the Italian Dressing over the entire dish. Toss slightly before serving. Makes approximately 4 servings.
