    1.5 lb of lean beef stew meat
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 boullion cube
    1 cup of water
    1 cup of diced carrots
    3 tbsp soy sauce
    2 tbsp worceshire sauce
    1 teaspoon sugar
    salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste


Brown stew meat in pan. Transfer to slow cooker, heat boullion cube in 1 cup of water in microwave then add it and other ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low for 9 hours. Serve with brown rice and green veggies or salad!
