    1 low-fat, whole grain or whole wheat waffle (Kelloggs low fat Nutrigrain or Van's 97% Fat Free(
    1/2 c sliced fresh strawberries
    2 TBSP fat free whipped topping

Directions

Toast the waffles according to package directions. Place one waffle on each of 4 plates and mound strawberries on top. Spoon whipped topping over each and serve.
