Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups old fashioned oats
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
    1/3 cup nonfat dry milk powder
    1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
    chocolate protein powder of choice, enough to provide about 320 calories and 58 grams of protein
    1/4 cup agave nectar
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    1/4 c water

Directions

Mix dry ingredients (including protein powder) and wet ingredients separately, then slowly add wet mixture to dry while stirring. Spread out on lightly greased baking sheet (there should be some clumps). Bake in preheated 300 degree oven, stirring and breaking up with a spatula every 7-10 minutes, for about 30 minutes or until it is toasted to your liking. It will crisp up more as it cools.
