    2 c flour
    2 c sugar
    3/4 c unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 c water
    1 c oil
    1 tsp vanilla


Mix all ingredients (dry first, then add wet).
Spread into 9 x 13 pan
Bake at 350 until top no longer shiny, about 25 - 30 min
Cool at least 10 min before cutting

(less time for chewy, longer for firmer)
