    1 lb ground turkey (lean white meat)
    4 0z reduced calorie feta cheese
    3 tsp Greek seasonings
    1 tsp salt

    6 oz greek yogurt
    3 cloves garlic minced
    lemon juice to taste


mix turkey , feta, greek seasonings and salt
form into a loaf
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
Divide meat into four servings, slice thin
Mix yogurt, lemon juice and garlic for dressing
Serve meat over lettuce, cucumbers and tomatoes
Top with yogurt dressing
