    1 cup rolled oats
    1/2 cup flour
    1/4 cup wheat germ
    1/4 cup flax meal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 cup sour milk
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 cup melted margarine
    1 cup blueberries


combine oats and sour milk in small bowl Set aside. Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg and melted butter to oat/milk mixture. Mix well. Put blueberries in dry ingredients and stir. Add wet ingredients all at once to dry ingredients. Stir until moistended. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 F 15 to 20 minutes.
