Biscuits and Gravy for Two. Biscuits and Gravy for Two.

    4 Biscuits of your choice, I used Pillsbury Grands.
    1oz of pork sausage, I used Jimmy Dean
    1 cup of Whole Milk, you can use low fat and cut some calories
    2 tbsp of All-Purpose White Flour, you can use a lower calorie flour if you like


Start out by preheating the oven for the biscuits.

You want to start preparing the gray right after putting the biscuits in the oven.

Set temperature on stove at Medium-High and scramble and brown the sausage in a medium pan. Add 2tbs of flour & 1 Cup of Milk. Stir well until all ingredients are mixed and continue to stir occasional.

If gravy mix is too thick - add a little more milk
If gravy mix is too thin - add a touch of flour

There's no exact science when it comes to the perfect gravy mix. Just a little trial and error to become perfect at making it.
