    1 cup warm water
    2 packages yeast
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 eggs
    4 cups flour


Combine water and yeast, let proof. Stir in butter, sugar, eggs and salt. Fold in flour. Refrigerate two hours. Grease baking dish, roll dough into balls. Bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes.

Makes 24.

    When proofing the yeast, I always add a few granules of sugar (.25 tsp.)
    After rolling the prepared dough into (24) balls, (two muffin tins sprayed with no-cal release spray) let rise and preheat the oven when the raw dough looks like 80% of its desired volume.
