Ingredients

    8 fl oz water
    3 ice cubes
    1 cup baby spinach
    1/2 banana
    4 strawberries
    2 scoops eas 27gram protein powder

Directions

throw all in a sturdy (ice crusher type) blender and blend until smooth. drink and enjoy :)
