Introduction

I use either chicken tenderloin or just plain old boneless, skinless chicken breast. We LOVE it! Also, if you use the fat free dressing, you'll want to use some non-stick spray for the pan you cook it in! I use either chicken tenderloin or just plain old boneless, skinless chicken breast. Ingredients

    1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast (or tenderloin)
    1/2 cup fat free italian dressing
    1 Tbsp honey
    1 Tbsp lime juice

Directions

Combine dressing, honey, and lime juice. Place chicken into a zip top bag and pour marinade over. Marinate 30 minutes to overnight.

Grill until chicken is no longer pink, discarding marinade.

We've also broiled it in the oven and sauted it in a skillet. We love it!!! Makes 4 servings.
