Tasty Fancy Easy Dinner of sauerkraut, asparagus, ground turkey, and quinoa. Tasty Fancy Easy Dinner of sauerkraut, asparagus, ground turkey, and quinoa.
Number of Servings: 3


    Ground Turkey. 2 oz
    Basil, 1/4 t
    Small Onion, 3 oz, diced
    Green Bell Pepper, 1 oz, diced
    Asparagus, 4 oz, cut into 1 inch pieces
    Sauerkraut, 4 oz
    Course Ground Pepper
    Quinoa, 1 cup cooked
    Eggs, 2 large
    Feta Cheese, 1 oz


Cook the ground turkey. Dump onto a paper towel to absorb the fat.

Wipe out the skillet & saute the onions, green pepper, and basil. Add the Asparagus, Sauerkraut, and black pepper.

Cover and steam for a minute.

Add the quinoa and eggs, mix and cook until the eggs are done. Sprinkle the feta cheese on top. Serve immediately.

Makes 3 big servings or 4-5 regular servings..
