Introduction

A nice twist on fish tacos. A nice twist on fish tacos.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 lbs cod (mahi mahi, or other white fish)
    10 soft corn tortillas
    1 tbs paprika
    1 tbs ground cumin
    1 tbs garlic powder
    1 tbs onion powder
    1/2 tbs ground black pepper
    1/4 tbs ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
    salsa and cilantro to taste (not included)

Directions

Marinate the fish for 1 hour in soy sauce. Remove from marinade and pat dry. Mix dry ingredients together, them toss fish in dry mixture. Bake fish for 20 minutes and let set for 5 minutes, then flack with a fork and add to tacos. Enjoy.
