Number of Servings: 6


    1 frozen pie crust, 9" deep dish
    2 whole eggs
    2 egg whites
    10 oz crab or imitation crab meat, small pieces
    4 oz (1 cup) shredded mozzarela cheese
    1/8 cup minced onion
    1/8 tsp red pepper (cayenne)
    2 cups fat free half-n-half


Beat eggs and egg whites together with half-n-half. Add minced onion and cayenne pepper; set aside.

Spread crab meat over bottom of pie crust; sprinkle cheese over top of meat. Pour egg mixture over meat and cheese.
Sprinkle parsley on top.

Bake at 425 for 15 min. Reduce heat to 300 and bake 50-60 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Let set 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
