    6 cups Bran Flakes
    2 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
    1/2 cup Sugar In The Raw
    1/2 cup Brown Sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 tsp. Sea Salt
    1 1/2 + 2 Tbsp. Milled Flaxseed
    6 Tbsp. Water
    2 cups Milk (soured with 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice)
    1/2 cup Chocolate Chips


Sour 2 cups of milk with 2 tbsp. lemon juice. Set aside.
Mix together the flour, sugars, baking soda, salt, and flaxseed. Whisk together.
Add in the crushed bran flakes. Mix.
Pour in the soured milk and water. Mix until ingredients are just combined. Don't overmix.
Add 1/2 cup of Chocolate Chips. Mix.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
