Ingredients

    1 package of dry split peas (10 servings)
    1 cup of chopped carrots
    2 gluten free "not" chicken bouillon cubes
    1 medium potato chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp of garlic powder
    2 bay leaves
    7 cups of water

Directions

Mix all ingredients together in slow cooker. Set timer for 6-7 hours on low.

Makes about 10 3/4 cups of soup.

I suggest serving it with a salad!
