Ingredients

    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can fat free cream of chicken soup
    6-8 oz grated 2% cheddar cheese
    1 package baked corn chips
    16 oz. cooked chicken breast, shredded

Directions

Heat onion, soup and Ro-tel until bubbly. In greased casserole, layer chips, chicken, sauce, and cheese. Repeat layers. Bake 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
