Introduction

Great all-in-one meal for the grilling season or in the oven if it's not grilling season. Great all-in-one meal for the grilling season or in the oven if it's not grilling season.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

1 boneless skinless chicken breast half
    2 medium red skinned potatoes
    1/3 zucchini
    4-5 whole fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cob, corn
    1/2 tbsp extra virgin oil
2 pats Land o Lakes Light Butter
1 piece foil large enough to fit all of the ingredients in with it closed
Seasons - all option and used to taste preference:
    Freshly ground black pepper
Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning
    McCormack California Style Garlic Salt
    Italian Seasoning

Directions

1.) Start grill (or oven if preferred to 350) on medium to medium high about 10-15 min ahead of time to let it warm.
2.) While grill is warming, place chicken breast on foil and coat in a small bit of olive oil. Then sprinkle some italian seasoning, Mrs. Dash, and pepper over the breasts.
3.) Place all veggies in with the chicken. Cover in pats of butter and as much of the seasonings listed as you desire. I usually just go by the way it looks.
4.) Wrap foil and close tight.
5.) Cook for about 30 minutes on grill, checking periodically. If using an oven, time may very and be longer.
6.) Open and serve, usually I just put the whole tin foil packet on my plate and eat out of that rather than risk burning myself trying to take it out.

Makes 1 serving - follow directions times however many people you have for more servings. We usually make 4 at a time but for nutritional info sake, I figured 1 serving would be easier.
