Introduction

I love cole slaw and this one is a much lighter version to the heavy traditional cole slaws. I love cole slaw and this one is a much lighter version to the heavy traditional cole slaws.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/4 cup Hellman's light mayo
    1/4 cup light sour cream
    1/4 cup milk
    3 tsp sugar
    2 tbs ground celery seed
    1 tbs dill seed
    Optional- 1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
    1 bag Fresh Express angel hair cole slaw mix

Directions

1- In a small bowl combine mayo, milk and sour cream, stir until smooth. Add remaining ingredients except cole slaw. Stir.
2- In a large bowl place cole slaw mix and pour dressing over. Toss to mix. Refrigerate at least 2 hours for flavors to marry.
Makes 8 1/2-cup servings.
