    6 Cans Chick Peas, drained
    1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning, dry
    1/3 Cup Garlic Salt


Coat 2 cookie sheets with Olive Oil spray. Drain beans. Place 3 cans of beans on each cookie sheet (make sure none are on top of each other). Spray top of beans with Olive Oil spray. Roast at 200 degrees for 8 hours. Place crunchy bean in a zip lock bag and add seasonings. Shake, coating beans well.
Makes 21, 1/2 Cup servings
