    200g raw tiger prawns de-veined
    250ml hot water
    2 teaspoons Organic Green Tea
    15g butter


Radish, cucumber and lime juice to serve
Combine the hot water and Organic Green Tea. Allow to steep for 5 minutes. Strain leaves and add to the frypan. Bring to the boil. Add prawns, cook for 3 minutes. Drain liquid, leaving 1 tablespoon in pan. Add butter and fry prawns until they sizzle.
Serve with radish, cucumber and lime juice.
