Introduction

Very simple salad dressing my grandma used to make. She didn't use low fat sour cream though :) Very simple salad dressing my grandma used to make. She didn't use low fat sour cream though :)
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Canola oil
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    1 Tbsp low fat sour cream
    1 Tbsp fresh chives, chopped (or other herbs)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine oil, lemon juice and sour cream until blended. Add herbs and spices.

This makes enough dressing for 4 servings. I love it for cucumber salad. You can also use vinegar instead of lemon juice.
