    1/3 cup honey
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1/3 cup rice vinegar
    2 garlic clothes, crushed
    1 tablespoon ginger
    6 chicken breast


In a sauce pan, combine the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic an ginger. Cook over a medium to high heat until sauce has reduced to half. Allow the sauce to cool.

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Pour half of the sauce over the chicken and let sit for a minute.

Place chicken on the grill for 8 to 10 minutes until done. Remove from grill and pour the remaining sauce over the chicken and serve.

  • It is way easier to use an oven then a George Foreman griller, but it was very good. The sauce was amazing!!! - 8/12/08
