Ingredients

    1 pound pork tenerloin
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 T balsamic vinegar
    1 T olive oil
    1 T fresh rosemary, minced
    1 t kosher salt
    1 t fresh cracked pepper

Directions

Mix ingredients together and coat pork tenderloin; marinate a couple hours or overnight. Bake covered for :50 at 350 degrees or until meat thermomenter reaches 155 degrees. Set meat aside to rest for :15; slice and serve.
