    1 - 398 ml can Lite Coconut Milk
    1 cup water
    2 Tbsp Curry Paste (You choose how hot)
    1 1/2 Tbsp flour
    2 cups chopped cauliflower
    2 cups chopped potato
    1 - 19 oz can chick peas rinsed and drained
    2 cups chopped carrots
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger
    3 cloves minced garlic


1. In a small bowl, combine coconut milk, curry paste, and flour.
2. Pour into large pan.
Add remaining ingredients.
4. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer. covered, for 20 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
Makes 4 servings.
