Ingredients

    Unsweetened cocoa powder, 4 tablespoons
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tablespoons
    Boiling water, 1/2 cup
    1% Milk, 2 1/5 cup

Directions

Combine cocoa and sugar in a medium saucepan. Add boiling water and whisk continuously over medium heat until mixture boils. Let boil for 2 minutes and add milk. Heat until steaming.

Traditionally, this recipe makes 3 large servings, but I can never finish a full serving so I've split it into 6! You can use skim milk to be healthier, or add more milk to make it less rich.

Obviously, this is not the most health-conscious recipe ever, but it lacks the chemical additives that are in a lot of the hot cocoa recipes around here, and definitely hits the chocolate craving head-on!
