Ingredients

    1 cup (8 fl oz) of orange juice
    100 grams of frozen and unsweetened Blackberries (substituting with other berries also works great)
    100 grams of banana (small banana)

Directions

Cut the banana in half,put in blender along with berries and juice.Blend until preferred smoothness is achieved.
