    2 c. Bisquick Healthy Heart mix
    3/4 c. milk, 2%
    3/4 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1 Tbsp taco seasoning mix
    1 8 oz can tomatoe sauce
    finely chopped onion, to taste
    chopped bell pepper, to taste
    1 c. light sour cream
    1/3 c light Miracle Whip or salad dressing
    1 c. shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese


Mix baking mix and milk and pat into bottom of 9" x 13" baking pan. Bake at 375 degrees F. for 8 min. Meanwhile, brown ground beef, onion, and pepper. Add taco seasoning with a little water. cook until water is absorbed. Add tomato sauce. Mix sour cream, salad dressing and cheese in a separate bowl. When baking mix crust has baked for 8 minutes, remove from oven and spread meat mixture over top. Spread sour cream mixture over the top of the meat mixture. Bake an additional 25 minutes. 8 servings.
