    1 lb. Ground Beef
    1/2 can Healthy Request Tomato Soup
    1/2 can Cheddar Cheese Soup
    2 C. Mixed Frozen Veggies
    8 oz. Fresh Mushrooms
    6 cloves garlic
    4 Medium Potatoes
    4 tbsp Half/half
    2 tbsp Smart Balance Butter Spread


Preheat oven to 350.
Peel Potatoes, chop into cubes and boil until tender.
While potatoes boil, brown beef, remove oil, add 1/2 can tomato soup and 1/2 can cheddar cheese soup, frozen veggies, mushrooms and pressed garlic. Season with Johnny's, salt and pepper to taste.
Once potatoes are ready, mash with mixer, add half and half and butter, season as desired.
Pour meat mixture in bottom of casserole dish, top with mashed potatoes.
Bake for 25 minutes, then turn oven to broil for 5 minutes to turn potatoes to very light golden brown.
