Ingredients

    32 oz lean ground beef
    3/4 C plain bread crumbs
    3/4 C water
    1 pkg Lipton Recipe Secrets onion soup mix, dry
    1 egg
    1/3 C catsup

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Thoroughly combine all ingredients, except catsup. Bake in 8 x 10 x 3 glass pan, or divide into two parts and bake in loaf pans. Bake for 50 minutes. Drain, if necessary. Top with catsup and return to oven for 10 minutes more.

One serving is 2 ounces.
