    1 chi-chi's burrito size tortilla shell
    2 tbs. Philly cream cheese
    1 lg lettuce leaf
    2 big or 3 small slices any deli roast beef
    .25 cup shredded cheese


-Start with your tortilla shell
-spread about 1 in. from outer edge with cream cheese
-top with lettuce leaf
-add meat on top of lettuce
-add shredded cheese on top of meat
-tuck the sides in until almost touching
-then roll over on the opposite sides to make what looks like a burrito
-cut in half and enjoy half of it or all of it
-if only eating 1/2 put the other 1/2 in a baggie for later but dont keep too long or it wont be good!
