Ingredients

    Lentils - 1 cup
    Tomatoes - 1/2 cup
    Olive Oil - 2 tsp
    Chilli powder - 1 tsp
    Spinach fresh 0 1/2 cup
    Edamame fresh - 1/4 cup
    Squash (any kind) - 1/2 cup
    Salt - 1 tsp
    Water - 1 - 1.5 cup

Directions

Cook lentils with water, vegetables and salt in a pressure cooker. Heat oil, add chilli powder, stir fry and add lentil mixture. Add some water and cook well.
