    *Ground Turkey - Jenny O Lean, 40 oz (2.5lbs)
    *A1 steak Sauce, 4 tbsp (.5 cup)
    * 2/3 cup water
    * Kretschmer Wheat germ, 10.5 tbsp (2/3 cup)
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large (slightly beaten)
    * Onions 1 cup, chopped
    ** 1/2 cup mushrooms added small part (not in nutrition)


cook onions in skillet until just starting to brown and set aside (I used just a touch of oil, but didn't count in nutrition)
heat mushrooms in skillet and set aside (no oil used)

Prepare a cookie sheet with crumpled aluminum foil and spray with Pam Cooking Spray.

Place ground turkey in large mixing bowl. Add eggs, wheat germ, and water and mix well. Add A1 and onions and mix thoroughly. Form into 12-16 patties. (if not using mushrooms, form all into patties) Add mushrooms to remaining meat mixture. Form into 4 patties. Place patties on cookie sheet. Refrigerate 20 minutes.

Cook in skillet in small amount of oil or in oven on cookie sheet at 350 degrees. Haven't tried these on the grill.

My no-mushroom patties were larger than my mushroom patties, so I adjusted the nutrition for if they were all smaller. I made 12 large patties and 4 smaller ones, but nutrition is for 20 smaller ones.
