Directions

First heat skillet on medium adding olive oil. Then add onions and green peppers until onions are transparent. Now add garlic, I also add italian seasoning to taste and sometimes garlic powder or red pepper, per personal taste. Now add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes. Heat until bubbling, then turn heat to slow/low and let simmer until flavors have blended...about 5-10 minutes.

Pour over any type of noodle you like. Makes about 8, 3/4-cup servings.
