Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts, skins & bones removed
    2 Tbsp. EVOO
    2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    2/3 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. splenda brown sugar blend
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar

Directions

Rinse chicken and pat dry. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until lightly browned, turning occasionally. Transfer to plate and set aside. Add onion to skillet and cook until tender but not browned. Remove skillet from heat. Return chicken to skillet. Combine ketchup, 1/3 c. water, worcestershire, brown sugar, and vinegar in a large measuring cup. Slowly pour over chicken. Turn chicken to coat. Cover and simmer over medium-low heat until juices run clear, 35-40 minutes. Transfer to platter and pour remaining sauce on top.
