    1 Cup Non-Fat Milk
    1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter
    2 Tablespoons Low-Fat Cottage Cheese
    2 Tablespoons Sugar Free Vanilla Flavoring Syrup


Place first four ingredients in blender. Add ice- about 1/2 cup or depending on your preference. If you want more frozen add more but it will water taste down.
Blend till combined
