    1 egg
    1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
    1/2 cup white flour
    2 TBSP oil
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 TSP baking powder
    1/2 TSP baking soda
    3 TSP brown sugar


Heat pan on Medium/low temp.
Beat egg until foamy. Add all other ingredients and mix all at once until everything is blended. Wait 1 minute. Pour on to preheated pan, watch for popping bubbles. Once you spot he popping bubbles flip and cook other side for about 2 minutes. I make these small and they cook up nice & quick. Enjoy!
