My mom's homemade tapioca My mom's homemade tapioca

    1 egg
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 - 3/4 cup 1% milk
    3 rounded Tbsp Tapioca
    1 tsp vanilla


Beat egg slightly, add everything except vanilla. Let sit 5 minutes. Bring to boil and boil 2 minutes stirring continually. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
Let set for 20 minutes, then refrigerate to continue to set.
