4 oz Whole Wheat Pasta (dry)
1 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
3/4 cup Halved Olives (drained)
1 tbsp Capers (drained)
2 Minced Garlic Cloves
1/2 cup Chopped Basil (fresh)
1/4 cup Chopped Parsley (fresh)
2 tbsp Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 tbsp Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Boil pasta about 7-10 mins.
Slice tomatoes in half and season with salt.
Add everything else except oil.
Add pasta and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Toss well and serve.
