    1/2 cup whole wheat rotini
    1 c. frozen California blend vegetables
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. skim milk


Cook rotini in boiling water until tender. Drain.
Steam frozen vegetables until tender. Add vegetables, cheese and milk to drained rotini. Heat until hot. makes 2 3/4-cup servings.
