Introduction

Pinda Sauce is nutritious enhancing the flavour & protein content of your favourite dish. Serve over meat, tofu, veggies, rice or noodles. Or use as a dip with corn chips. Ingredients

    1/2 cup natural crunchy peanut butter
    2 Tbsp soy sauce
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1/4 tsp garlic pwdr
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1 Tbsp sauteed onions
    1 Tbsp sauteed red peppers
    1 Tbsp olive oil (to sautee onions & peppers)

Directions

Sautee onions & red peppers in olive oil, add all other ingredients, whisk together.
Serve warm or cold over meat, tofu, veggies, rice or noodles.

Vary your spices as desired.
