Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef, fried with with onions & garlic
    1 med. onion, chopped (fried with beef)
    1 garlic clove minced
    2 T. Beef soup base
    1 can (15 oz) Tomatoes, diced
    1 can (15 oz ) Tomato sauce
    2 c. Green peppers, sliced
    2 c. Green cabbage, sliced
    Water to cover.
    Salt & Pepper to taste


Directions

Fry ground beef, onions, garlic in skillet
Add all ingredients to crock pot
Turn on low for 4-8 hours

Serve as is for Low Carb or over rice for family
Serves 8-12
